Order Quantity We have no minimum order quantity. But for small quantity, single price would be higher relatively. Mixed order accepted here. |
| Order Lead Time For first order, lead time normally 35-40days. For following orders, lead time will be shorter. For very small or too big order, lead time depend on production schedule. |
| Order Payment We accept payment by T/T or L/C. For order below USD3000, we prefer customer pay in advance. For order below USD10000, we accept 30% payment in advance, balance payable upon receipt copy of B/L. For order over USD10000, we accept payment by L/C. |
| Order Shipment We can send products to port and customer book shipping space themselves. We also can ship products to customer's nearest port or warehouse. We need 10-12 days to arrange shipment. We also able to send products via express or air way. |
| Sample Time Normally we need 7-10 days to finish samples. For simple or complicated samples, time maybe shorter or longer. |
| Sample Fee For simple sample, we do not charge sample fee. For complicated sample, we will charge sample fee accordingly. |
| Sample Delivery We send sample via express such as FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL and it takes 4-5 days. If customers have express accounts, we can send sample by freight collect way. If not, we need customers send delivery fee in advance. |
